Your body needs carbohydrates; therefore, eat soft grains as these will not harm your braces and will provide you with enough carbohydrates. By this, your body will remain robust, and your braces will remain intact.

You need to be a bit careful in this regard. Prefer desserts that are soft like ice cream, puddings or soft cakes but eat these also in moderate quantities but that should also be consumed in moderate amounts.
